VIN DE VIENNE ST JOSEPH L’ARZELLE

This 100% Syrah, coming from vines that are, on average 40-years-old, is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of pepper and dark cherry come through a slight oaky finish. With the added tannin from the oak this wine needs to be paired with a fatty cut of meat to smooth it all out.
