Shooting Star is a project from Steele Wines, which have been a staple on our shelves since we opened! It’s another example of Jed Steele’s commitment to excellent value, old-school Cali wines. The grapes display a rich bramble in their fruit profile as well a light herbal tone that Zinfandel is known for without being overbearing or feeling like the fruit is over extracted. Look to pair with beef or hearty stews.
